Worked example
EUR/USD, 1 standard lot, USD account (rate 1): 0.0001 × 100,000 × 1 × 1 = $10 per pip.
1 standard lot = 100,000 units of the base currency. Notional = 100,000 × lots × current price × quote-to-account rate.
